Everyone is now taking selfies… by the time your grandma is doing it, it is no longer cool and it is time for a new trend. Bring on the age of dronies! Yes, that’s right… it is a pic/shot clip of yourself/selves (we don’t judge) shot by your very own (or you much cooler friend’s) drone.
Everyday drone users are now becoming incredible photographers thanks to the ability to get some seriously awesome angles on everyday things.

Doppelgängers. We like to believe that we have an unrelated twin cruising the earth, being incredibly good looking. But the chances of ever meeting a doppelgänger are minuscule. I mean, the world’s a big place, right? A University of California engineering student was taken-aback when he met a fellow student that people had confused as him, and vice versa the whole year. […]
Sharks, particularly Great Whites, have a pretty bad rep. The apex predators are often labelled as man-eaters based on a handful of out of context events. Photographer Daniel Botelho spent two weeks with the ancient beasts and returned with what he calls “definitive proof” that they don’t deserve the label or association.

Photos and horrific stories are starting to surface from Syria about so-called “ghost killers”. These guys have been pumped to the max with steroids, and serve one purpose only: to keep Syria’s president, Bashar Assad, in power. They do this by “terrorising women and children, and conducting ethnic cleansing.” See what these monsters look like inside.
A 2oceansViber recently sent us this picture and we had to share it. It’s nice to know that when you’re stranded on a paradise island, you can still get “Elegant C0ck”, and that the quality is guaranteed. Apparently it’s some sort of mosquito coil. I can’t see the relevance to the name. [Thanks Adrian!]
Unbelievable. These were sent in by 2oceansviber, Martin G. Check these out!
2oceansviber, Vincent Raffray, made it back from this year’s AfrikaBurn in one piece. And he brought gifts! Check out his stunning photographs, and hear what he has to say about the festival, after the jump!

This picture was taken in Weltevreden Park, Johannesburg, earlier today. The events leading up to the picture being taken are not known, but I think it is safe to assume that the driver did not pass his or her K53 test.
This fairly depressing photo series of Manyongdae Funfair, North Korea’s version of the Happiest Place On Earth, has just been released. The amusement park, located a few kilometres north of Pyongyang, is the last theme park in the dictatorship, which isn’t totally surprising given the dilapidated and dangerous rides on display.
