EWN reports that details of the state’s case against murder accused, Oscar Pistorius have been leaked. The state has set out 13 facts on which it will base the bulk of its argument. The City Press has reported that the state intends to argue that Reeva Steenkamp was cowering behind the toilet when Oscar Pistorius shot and killed her on Valentine’s Day this year.
