During an interview on one of America’s biggest talk shows, The View, Barack Obama did an awesome job of securing female voters for the upcoming US elections. He was accompanied by his wife, Michelle. The episode will air today, and sees him flirt with his other half, bestowing gifts upon the hosts, and quipping: “I’ve been told I’m just eye candy here.”

Patricia de Lille is about to fire off a proposal to award the Freedom of the City of Cape Town to Barack Obama and his wife, Michelle. According to Cape Town’s mayor, the couple exuded leadership, excellence and inclusion, which made them “natural candidates for the city’s highest accolade.”

Obamas Greeted By Queen At Buckingham Palace [Video]

Barack and Michelle Obama received the royal-est of welcomes today in London, when they visited Buckingham Palace to meet with Prince William and new wife, Duchess Catherine. The Obamas were greeted by the Queen and Prince Philip, then enjoyed a short display of pomp and ceremony by the palace guards. Here’s a little video of how that went down.
