This 17-year-old student from Albany, Oregon, was planning an attack on the West Albany High School. The bombing was styled on the Columbine massacre which occurred 14 years ago. Police found several bombs under the floorboards of Grant Acord’s bedroom as well as detailed plans of the attack.
