An FA Cup quarterfinal match between Tottenham Hotspur and Bolton Wanderers came to a shocking halt over the weekend after a player suffered a cardiac arrest during the game. It took nearly two hours to get 23-yeard-old Fabrice Muamba’s heart to work on its own again, and he is currently still fighting for his life.

The Sunderland chairman, Niall Quinn, has revealed that the club is in the process of being sued by a fan. The fan was injured when a stray shot hit him in the face while watching the team train a couple of years back. Apparently the Djibril Cisse strike knocked the fan clean out.
