The Foschini Group has withdrawn three T-shirts from their stores after FeministsSA asked its followers to boycott the shopping chain. The reason for the campaign was a series of male t-shirts with slogans such as “I put the STD in STUD, all I need is U” and “You looked better from behind”.

A young fashion designer from Germany has produced the first man-made synthetic fibre entirely without chemicals. And she did it with a staple you can find in your fridge — milk! The fabric is called QMilch, and is made from high concentrations of the milk protein, casein. The best part is that it looks and feels like silk but doesn’t smell.

Lacoste Wants Anders Breivik To Stop Wearing Their Clothes

Lacoste is having a bit of an Abercrombie and Fitch moment and has asked the Norwegian police to prohibit terrorist and mass murderer, Anders Behring Breivik, from wearing their clothes during his court appearances. Breivik seems to consistently wear his red Lacoste sweater with the distinctive crocodile logo on his trips out of prison.

A new biography, published by a very respected publisher yesterday, claims legendary designer Coco Chanel willingly collaborated with the Nazis during World War II. She also had a spy code-named “Westminster”, had a German officer for a lover, and was deeply anti-Semitic. She apparently even went on missions to help recruit new agents willing to serve Germany.
