Kaapse Klopse Chaos – Again

Umbrellas are flying in Klopse circles about this year’s march not happening when or where it should have. Klopse leaders Richard “Pot” Stemmet (no relation) and Melvyn Matthews – who were once dik pelle in Victor Verster – are now bitter rivals one accusing the other of “selling out to white people”. That last point is a bit puzzling.

Pakistan’s relations with the U.S. were talked up pretty heavily in the latest Cablegate leaks; further, false leaks with heavy anti-Indian sentiment were spread around the country by major national newspapers. So it’s nice to see the Pakistani advertisers make the most of an awkward situation.

The title may be a little worrisome for you, and maybe you’re afraid that, with Harrison Ford being there, this is going to be some sort of Morning-Glory-esque weep-fest starring Rachel McAdams. I put it to you that this movie is going to be the best thing in your life when it gets released.

Assuming the stoners of California remember to leave the house today, they’ll vote – successfully – to pass Proposition 19, which will legalize marijuana in the state. If this passes, the next Golden Globe will go to a daytime cartoon, obesity rates will triple and the hacky-sack industry will become an economic powerhouse.
