Following a nasty and expensive divorce last year, Tiger Woods is now preparing to move into his new bachelor pad in Florida. He recently posted pics of his lavish new abode and, even at a glance, it’s safe to say his “bachelor pad” would easily fall into the same category as Tony Stark’s. Click through for pics of his new mansion.
The former world number one’s new mansion in Jupiter, Florida, is every man’s dream. He had a personal hand in transforming the property into a one-of-a-kind state-of-the-art bachelor pad. For starters, it overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and one can only assume that the massive sea-facing windows produce spectacular sea views. It also boasts a glass-fronted elevator for those days that you just can’t be asked to walk up a flight of stairs, especially if all you have to look at is the boring interior of your multi-million dollar pad.
The house has four bedroom suites; the master is an enormous room featuring his and hers bathrooms, because you never know when that’s going to come in handy. The architects’ plans also reveal a large underground wine cellar as well as what looks to be a home cinema and games room, presumably for his children Sam and Charlie. And then there’s the exterior.
The property is surrounded by a small forest of trees and high boundary walls which undoubtedly ensure the superstar’s privacy. The main building is adjoined by four other buildings which comprise a boathouse, a golf training studio, a stand-alone garage and a rather large guesthouse. Amenities? Thought you’d never ask. The property boasts a tennis court, a gym, a diving pool, a laplane, a 100-foot running track, and a ‘small’, 3,5 acre backyard golf course.
It features four greens, six bunkers with different depths and kinds of sand, a video center and a putting studio. If no wind is blowing, the longest club I can hit is a 7-iron. It’s also set up so I can hit shots out of my second-story studio.
Working with my team, I designed the short-game facility and oversaw its construction.
There is also a pair of boat docks that will provide a berth for Woods’ 155 ft yacht, Privacy.
I’m excited about that [the move] and I’m even more excited about my new practice facility. It’s phenomenal.
Thanks Andrew!
