We reported in the Morning Spice that Donna Summer tragically passed away yesterday at the age of 63. The cause of her death is her long struggle with cancer, but before she passed, the devout Christian singer expressed her opinion that the source may have been 9/11.

The five time Grammy Award winning artist was in her New York apartment near where the attack happened, and claimed that a toxic dust containing mercury, asbestos and lead was to blame. This view is supported by the 9/11 Federal Health Director, who states that is highly plausible that we will see more deaths from conditions caused by 9/11 exposure. It is thought this this highly toxic dust led to the development of her cancer, which ultimately led to her death at the age of 63 yesterday, in Florida.

Summer said the following after the plane crash in New York 11 years ago:

I was really freaked out by the horrific experiences of that day. I couldn’t go out, I didn’t want to talk to anybody. I had to keep the blinds down and stay in my bedroom. I went to church and light came back into my soul. That heaviness was gone.
