South African youth wishing our mighty rugby team well wishes
It’s been a wild ride. The last few weeks of rugby have been nerve-wracking, to put it mildly, and now it all comes down to 80 minutes of passion, power and hard hits.
For the next 24 hours, the whole of South Africa will be getting ready for the World Cup final tomorrow evening.
Beers are being stockpiled, projectors are being set up in living rooms and finding a space at your local pub will be nigh impossible.
The Springbokke have done us immensely proud and in a way, they have done more for nation-building than anyone after Madiba has been able to do. For that alone, we owe them thanks.
It’s a gratitude that is hard to put into words, but this video from the UCT Online High School articulated our feelings perfectly.
