Luke Evans – the Welsh actor known for his stellar performances in Dracula Untold, Beauty and the Beast, and Fast & Furious 6 – touched down in South Africa for a sizzling vacation. And yes, I mean that in more ways than just one.
The 45-year-old actor and his Spanish boyfriend Fran Tomas spent the end of the year soaking up the sun and taking in the gorgeous vistas, which very much included themselves, across the continent.
Their first stop was Cape Town, and the couple spared no expense!
Evans and Tomas stayed in the lap of luxury at the boutique hotel Atzaró Cape Town, with a room featuring majestic views of the city’s iconic Table Mountain.
“Bedroom of my dreams. At the foot of Table Mountain with a view to die for,” Evan captioned a video as he walked through to room’s expansive terrace. “What a way to wake up every morning.”

Per Queerty, Tomas’ parents joined the couple on their adventure, immersing themselves in the vibrant sights, captivating sounds, and mouthwatering delights of the local cuisine.
Tomas also unveiled a slideshow of images, offering glimpses of the group’s exciting itinerary around town and the allure of the property’s delicious pool, topping it off with a ‘dashing dassie’.

After powering through their workout, the couple set off to the next unforgettable stop on their trip. Leaving the hustle and bustle of the big city behind, they journeyed to Atzaró Okavango, an opulent safari lodge nestled deep within the heart of Botswana’s enchanting Okavango Delta.
Awaiting the striking pair were even more breathtaking vistas and luxurious accommodations. They stayed in lavish “huts,” perched on stilts at the edge of the untamed jungle, blending extravagance with the raw beauty of the wilderness.

Upon returning home, Evans was already feeling a little nostalgic and shared a final video from the trip with the caption: “Missing the people, the animals, the food and the sunsets.”
