At just 23 years old, UK native Lily Phillips is setting her sights on a jaw-dropping goal: becoming the first woman to sleep with 1,000 men in a single day and film the whole thing for OnlyFans.
Scheduled for early 2025, the stunt is as polarising as it is audacious.
Medical experts, however, are ringing alarm bells, warning that such a feat could wreak havoc on her body and mind. Despite the grave concerns, Phillips remains unfazed, brushing off the criticisms like water off a duck’s back.
In a candid new documentary with Josh Pieters, a South African-born YouTuber, the unapologetic porn star pulled back the curtain on her journey into the controversial adult industry, shedding light on what drives her to chase such an extreme—and highly divisive—record.

Lily says she’s always had a sexual nature, but as soon as she got started on OnlyFans, “I realised how much money I can make and that I just loved it,” she said, claiming to have made more than £2 million through the site, most of it in the past year.
OnlyFans does even better. Last year, it reported revenues of $1.3 billion, per The Times.
She added that she has a very supportive network of family and friends and does not care what anyone else thinks of her line of work.
The thing is, OnlyFans can be bitterly competitive, especially for those like Lily who aren’t well known to begin with.
A move from offering sexy pictures to offering actual sex wasn’t enough to drastically increase her income. Like many OnlyFans creators before her, she discovered that you need to do something extreme if you’re going to stand out.
Her big break came during her first “gang bang,” where she managed to recruit 100 men for a single day of filming. Reflecting on the experience, Phillips admitted she fancied about 30% of them but felt it would be “quite cruel” to turn anyone away. By the time she reached number 60, however, she was almost ready to call it quits.
That makes her decision to aim for 1,000 men even more baffling. The logistical hurdles alone are staggering. Without any breaks for Phillips, each encounter would need to wrap up in under 90 seconds. And while some men might consider this their ultimate fantasy, maintaining performance under such pressure is another story entirely.
As for the health professionals, they are genuinely concerned about the record she hopes to break and how that can do some serious physical and psychological damage.
Dr Zac Turner, a Sydney medical practitioner who specialises in preventative health and wellbeing, told News.com.au that when sex is ‘pushed to the extremes’, the body can suffer detrimental consequences.
“Sex, at its core, is a physically demanding activity that engages various muscles, the cardiovascular system, and the release of endorphins.
“Done in moderation, it’s akin to a rewarding workout, promoting stress relief, cardiovascular health, and emotional bonding. However, when pushed to extremes, like a 24-hour sexual marathon, the physical and physiological toll can be severe,” said Turner.
He further explained that the physical toll of excessive intercourse could include bruising, tearing, and significant pain.
“Fatigue diminishes the pleasurable aspects, and the constant physical exertion transitions from beneficial to harmful. While it might be a cardiovascular workout, it’s one likely to end with more harm than good,” he said.
He said that she should compare it to running a marathon without prior preparation; overuse injuries, dehydration, and sheer weariness are practically certain.
Considering these market forces that make a person go harder, further, and more extreme, one has to wonder, if she manages the thousand, where can she go next?
