A search is underway for a 66-year-old Cape Town hiker who was last seen going on a hike in the Newlands Forest on Saturday, November 16, at around 4PM.
Dhananjaya Naidoo apparently went hiking in the Newlands Forest in Cape Town alone.
Private investigator Mike Bolhuis of Specialised Security Services is encouraging anybody with information to come forward.
According to Bolhuis, Naidoo, nicknamed Dhana, was last seen wearing blue pants and a light blue and grey golf shirt.
“He does not have any tattoos or birthmarks.”
“SSS urgently seeks information on Mr Naidoo’s whereabouts and encourages the public to contact the SSS Specialist Investigators to help bring him home safely.”
Anyone with information can contact Odette van Staden on 64 700 3023 or email: odettevs@mikebolhuis.co.za
Meanwhile, a family is still searching for 23-year-old Necia Hanekom who is believed to have gone missing around the Bo Kaap/Sea Point area on 17 October.
It is a sad and sorry sight seeing how many people are missing in SA at the moment, according to The Pink Ladies Organisation.
