Guy Ritchie’s popular film The Gentlemen, released in 2019, is getting the TV series treatment on Netflix, which has now announced its premiere date and character posters.
The upcoming Netflix show of the same name stars Theo James in the lead role as part of the same universe as the 2019 film.
Netflix just unveiled the ‘character’ and revealed that the TV series is going to debut on the streaming service on March 7.

The spin-off will focus on James’ character Eddie Horniman, a “fresh heir” who inherits his father’s rural home. However, things take a turn when he finds that his inheritance includes Michael Pearson’s cannabis enterprise, which Britain’s criminal underworld wants a piece of.
To avoid losing the estate, Eddie goes into business with several questionable people and gets a taste of violating the law.
The cast includes James, Kaya Scodelario, Giancarlo Esposito, Joey Richardson, Daniel Ings, Freddie Fox, and Vinnie Jones. Netflix’s The Gentlemen will have eight episodes. At the time, it is unknown if it is intended to be a limited series or whether future seasons will follow.
