A local creative genius, Charlie Human, has created a series of action figures that transforms Cape Town suburbs into AI character called the Aweh Force, and it’s hilariously spot-on.

Human created the action figures by morphing together everything unique, and stereotypical, in the various neighbourhoods like Noordhoek, Muizenberg, Plumstead, Observatory, Constantia, Bo-Kaap, Sea Point, Rondebosch, Bellville, Tamboerskloof, Stellenbosch, and Milnerton.

Human seems to be quite a creator and author, having published books like Kill Baxter, Ancestral, and Apocalypse Now Now – which has been described as “Neil Gaiman meets Tarantino in a madcap, wildly entertaining journey into Cape Town’s supernatural underworld”. Check out his Facebook page here.
