As Cape Town gears up for another cracking summer, one of the Camps Bay strip’s most iconic venues is shaking off the winter blues with some hip hop and Hennessy, and an obvious nod to rugga as well.
Café Caprice is turning up the summer vibes with the second edition of the Hip Hop & Bottles Party as they celebrate 50 years of hip hop in collaboration with Hennessy.
On the anniversary of hip hop, Hennessy is celebrating their unique partnership with the legendary rapper Nas in true style, and as ground zero for style, Café Caprice will be hosting the second Hip Hop & Bottles on Friday 22 September.
The event is a tribute to Hennessy and Nas’ grand celebration in the home of Hip Hop, New York. We may be slightly biased, but it’s evident that the venue for the Cape Town event is spectacularly better than NY.

Even if gorgeous sunsets, killer beats and beautiful people aren’t your thing, Café Caprice is also getting into the Rugby World Cup gees with a 2-for-1 Bokke and Burger special with every game the Springboks are playing.

Snazzy cafes and so-hot-right-now bars come and go all the time in Cape Town, but something has to be said for the enduring vibe that Café Caprice has consistently brought to Camps Bay beachfront since it opened its doors 21 years ago.
It’s become one of the places that you simply have to visit when travelling to Cape Town, and during the summer months, there is no sundowner spot of equal elegance.
So even if you are not a fan of hip hop, burgers and beer should be more than enough reason to watch the Bokke kick ass while enjoying the best views Cape Town has to offer.
