Somehow we missed the time when Tom Cruise appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, shocking the audience with his impressive pop star performance.
The Top Gun: Maverick actor went all out in 2015, taking part in the ‘Lip Sync Battle’ segment of the show, and doing a freaking fantastic job of it.
He mimed along with The Weeknd’s ‘Can’t Feel My Face’ followed by Meat Loaf’s ‘Paradise by the Dashboard Light’, and it is clear how impressed everyone was by his rendition.
Even The Weeknd was enthralled:
can’t believe @TomCruise is singing my song. @jimmyfallon *** you’re the MAN for this one. #tomcruisetomcruise ||| https://t.co/xVFZSkYCCx

Enjoy the full segment:
He may be lip-syncing, but Tom can actually also sing, notes Smooth Radio:
He’s belted out the likes of ‘Great Balls of Fire’ in Top Gun, ‘Free Fallin” in Jerry Maguire and ‘Addicted to Love’ in Cocktail.
And of course, in 2012, he starred as stadium rock legend Stacy Jaxx in the musical Rock of Ages, where he convincingly performed various ’80s anthems like ‘Wanted Dead or Alive’ and ‘Pour Some Sugar on Me’.
There is not much this guy can’t do.
He’s even pretty decent as a deep fake.
