Matilda Elizabeth Ramsay, or Tilly for short, is hot on her father’s heels in the kitchen.
As the 21-year-old daughter of the British celebrity chef, restaurateur, and television personality Gordon Ramsay, she has quite the advantage.
But to even out the playing field, Gordon said his kids won’t be receiving any of his estimated $134 million fortune and will instead be forced to make it on their own.
The Hell’s Kitchen icon and owner of 58 total restaurants worldwide has previously stated that “it’s definitely not going to them, and that’s not in a mean way; it’s to not spoil them”.
He said he and his wife Cayetana “Tana” Hutcheson agree that each of their five children – Megan Jane Ramsay, twins Jack Scott Ramsay and Holly Anna Ramsay, Oscar Ramsay, and of course, Matilda Ramsay – can get a “25% deposit on a flat, but not the whole flat”.

The firm-but-fair father, as Luxury Launches puts it, also said that they never treat the children like royalty, refusing to fly them anywhere in first class:
“They don’t sit with us in first class. They haven’t worked anywhere near hard enough to afford that. At that age, at that size, you’re telling me they need to sit in first class? No, they do not. We’re really strict on that,” he said.
Nevertheless, Tilly and her four siblings have had a relatively sumptuous life, living in a lavish $8,5 million mansion in London, with a multi-million holiday home in Cornwall in South West England, and even a residence in Los Angeles.
She also shows off her posh vacations on Instagram, going from ski resorts to beach vacays and trips to Australia and Dubai:

But apparently, Tilly remains rooted and has a firm head on her shoulders.

The home she was brought up in was equipped with a gym, study, and, obviously, a state-of-the-art kitchen.
Rumour has it that Tilly is the number one cook in the family:

Her cooking experiences started early. At age 14, Tilly fronted the hugely successful CBBC series Matilda and the Ramsay Bunch, which followed the teen as she cooked in various cities around the world:
By 2015, Tilly had penned her first cookbook, Tilly’s Kitchen Takeover:

In the years since, Tilly has become a bit of a social media influencer, boasting more than 10 million TikTok followers and more than one million on Instagram:

She might have an incredibly famous father, but her popularity really skyrocketed when she participated in the nineteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing, pairing with professional dancer Nikita Kuzmin:

Oh yeah, she reckons we all have her father completely wrong as he is actually a giant softy, she says, and not a kitchen dictator bent on screaming profanity in your face:
“Lots of people think dad is a scary, shouty person because they’ve seen him like it on television. But really, as soon as you meet him or you’re in the same room as him, you realize he’s genuinely a massive softy – he’s like a teddy bear. All he wants to do is have fun and goof around. Yes, when he’s in the zone in a kitchen, he can be assertive and tell you what he needs to be done. Still, I guess that’s like everyone in the workspace – he’s not how he comes across.”
If you say so:
