Congrats to The Kiffness, who appears to have really found his niche.
David Scott has cracked millions and millions of views online for skilfully remixing viral clips and songs, often including cats.
Clever – the internet loves cats. That’s an indisputable fact.
Now The Kiffness has made it all the way to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and he’s understandably stoked.
Bruce Springsteen isn’t a terrible audience, either:
Oh my gosh, this is so surreal! Thanks @jimmyfallon ❤️

The song stops short of hitting its stride in the clip above.
For your entertainment:
According to SAPeople, The Kiffness could look at this one of two ways:
The track that Jimmy Fallon featured on The Tonight Show is ‘How to Make a Song with Your Neighbour’s Cat’!
The point of Fallon’s Do Not segments (which also include Do Not Read and Do Not Game) is that the normally good-natured talk show host “mocks creative works he believes are bad”, according to Uproxx. However it could also be because the songs are so catchy, they’ll get stuck in your head. (The segment even has its own Do Not Playlist on Spotify.)
The local musician has chosen to be stoked and fair play.
You don’t remix cat noises and expect to win a Grammy. You’re just stoked when that music makes someone smile and cracks a million views on YouTube, bringing in some ad royalties.
This reminds me of that time when Cape Town comedy band The Brothers Streep made an appearance on The Graham Norton Show way back in the day.
