When you make up your own mode of transport, you apparently also make up your own rules for getting from A to B.
Clearly, this was the case with a daredevil trolley surfer making his way to Sandton at some point in the last week or so.
Buying a car doesn’t come cheap, not to mention the cost of petrol, so we forgive this person for turning a trolley into a car.
Saffas are less light on the character for exceeding the speed limit, zooming through a red robot, and not having a licence plate, though.
A video was shared on Twitter by the ‘Man’s NOT Barry Roux’ parody account:

Eish, he just about missed nipping the wheels of one of the cars on the road.
Despite The Citizen‘s best efforts, they said, the details around this unique mode of transport remain murky. However, based on the sign in the video, the trolley surfer appeared to be heading for Sandton.
The reactions on Twitter are just as priceless as this trolley surfer’s gall:
Petrol is expensive.

Hopefully, this person arrived wherever they were going safe and sound.
