When it comes to Adult Matric and standard high school matric, they’re the same in terms of curriculum and qualification. Both Adult Matric and high school matric are taught the South African CAPS curriculum and awarded a matric certificate once completed. As opposed to the one year you do in high school, Adult Matric is generally done in 2 years (24 months).
