Miley Cyrus Admits To Being A Stoner [VIDEO]

Oh dear lady. Here’s a little bit of advice to you Miley: When you’re at your 19th birthday party, chances are there’s someone there filming you, waiting to give something to the tabloids. Hence, don’t say anything stupid.

In a video that was leaked to the The Daily, Miley Cyrus is shown at her 19th birthday party, having a great time. It even included a dwarf version of Nicky Minaj singing “Super Bass.” No spice. A little while later, whilst giving her speech (with a very stoned looking Kelly Osbourne), Miley says, “You know you’re a stoner when you’re friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much fucking weed.”

Oops. Seems you’ve stepped right into that one. Kelly Osbourne has since gone into full damage control on Twitter:
