PUMA has been known to partner with some of the biggest brands and names out there, including Coca-Cola and Dua Lipa, among a bevvy of other cool cats.
There was actually a collab with the OG cool cat, Garfield, some time ago.
This week, the most exciting announcement sees PUMA partnering with one of the fashion industry’s most iconic brands, Vogue.
The PUMA X Vogue collaboration intersects both fashion and sport in a way that we didn’t know we needed, with black, white, and fiery red all over.
The 27-piece collection has debuted already – in South Africa, too – and it’s filled with fashion-forward activewear in those three hues, reported Vogue.
Vogue has been part of the fashion ecosystem since 1892 and is now putting its iconic red and distinct serif wordmark alongside the fabled jumping PUMA cat:
“Vogue is thrilled to partner with PUMA at a time when sport is so at the forefront of fashion,” said Willow Lindley, Vogue accessories and collaborations director.
“This collection, the first of two Vogue x PUMA drops, combines the athletic aesthetic with the timeless approach to style that Vogue is known for.”
The collection features various elements across the footwear, apparel, and accessory ranges, with a fresh new take on PUMA’s fan-favourite Leadcat slippers as a winning addition:
To make things even doper, several garments in the collection make use of recycled fibres, including the baseball cap, which is made of 100% recycled polyester:
Lindley said that prototypes of the jacket set had been hanging in the Vogue offices and caught the eye of many a model visiting the closet for a fitting:
You can easily see why.
Other standouts are a cropped, boxy tee, racing-striped leggings, biker shorts, and a duffel gym tote:

The limited edition collection is available via PUMA’s online store, as well as retail stores across the country.
Oh, and a second drop is expected later this year, so keep an eye out for that.
