Kanye West did not hold back with the insults and threats hurled toward his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian’s new squeeze.
Well, old now, as the unlikely couple has since broken up following a nine-month relationship.
You must remember that incredibly creepy and problematic ‘Eazy’ music video that Ye released, basically burying Pete Davidson, or “Skete”, alive?
That was far from the rapper’s only social media harassment of Pete, who has reportedly needed trauma counselling as a result.
A source close to the comedian told PEOPLE that “the attention and negativity coming from Kanye and his antics is a trigger for [Pete], and he’s had to seek out help”:
The source adds that Davidson, who recently split from Kardashian, 41, “has no regrets for dating Kim and wants it to be made very clear that she’s been nothing but supportive of him throughout their relationship.”
“Moving forward he just wants to focus on his career,” the insider adds of Davidson.
Kim and Pete’s busy schedule, with both travelling all the time, made things hard, per NewsAU:
“Kim and Pete have decided to just be friends,” the source shared.
“They have a lot of love and respect for each other, but found that the long distance and their demanding schedules made it really difficult to maintain a relationship.”
The classic celeb breakup tale.

Naturally, in the wake of the breakup news going public, Kanye took to Instagram with a since-deleted post featuring an image of an altered New York Times headline:
Imagine being the designer making that nonsense.
Both Davidson and Kardashian’s teams have reached out to Instagram to make it a safer place, noting that these attacks are one reason why Davidson has “been absent from social media”.
A source wanted to make it clear that “Kim does not tolerate this type of behaviour from Kanye”, also intimating that Davidson’s involvement with trauma therapy played no role in their breakup whatsoever.
That’s fine. I am just wondering who The King of Staten Island star will date next.
