Ed Sheeran is well chuffed that he’s broken a record on Spotify.
As for his road crew members grinding away to set up stadium show after show? Not so much.
The English singer-songwriter just became the very first artist to reach 100 million followers on Spotify.
That means he’s pacing nicely ahead of other big-name artists like Ariana Grande with over 81 million, Billie Eilish with over 66 million, Drake with over 65 million, and Justin Bieber with over 63 million, notes Billboard.
Nice one, Ed.
To announce the milestone, he shared a video enthusiastically showing off the T-shirt that the music streamer sent him.
His cheeky caption says it all:

At least somebody was there to give Ed the kind of enthusiastic praise he was looking for – his opening act, fellow British singer-songwriter Maisie Peters.
PEOPLE reported that Ed Sheeran is currently performing concerts across European as part of his +–=÷x Tour in support of his fifth studio album = (Equals), which came out in October.
