Shit is somewhat hitting Elon Musk’s fan, but he seems relatively unfazed, suntanning shirtless on a yacht with a cocktail in hand in Greece.
The world’s richest person is dealing with a lawsuit from Twitter as well as a breakup (among other CEO/rich-guy things), which, I suppose, is precisely the right moment to take a vacation.
Page Six obtained a few exclusive photos of the big shot soaking up the sun, swimming, and sipping aboard a luxury yacht in Mykonos on Sunday.
He looked like he was thoroughly enjoying himself, although, we’re a little concerned over whether or not he applied enough suncream with a high SPF:
The multibillionaire was with a small group that included newlywed pals Ari Emanuel and Sarah Staudinger as they sailed the Aegean Sea on the “Zeus” — an almost $20,000-per-week motor yacht that can accommodate six guests in over three cabins and comes with a professional crew.
The Tesla CEO soon stripped down to just his bathing suit and took a dive into the ocean. Once back on the yacht, Endeavor CEO Emanuel — long held to be the inspiration for fictional Hollywood agent Ari Gold in “Entourage” — hosed him down.
Soon after his dip and hose-off, Musk enjoyed what appears to be a little tipple:
Having recently confirmed that he had welcomed his 10th child into the world, the SpaceX and Tesla CEO has a lot to juggle.
The termination of his deal to purchase Twitter, for which Twitter is suing him, is one headache, reported PEOPLE:
When Musk filed to terminate the [$44 billion] deal, he claimed that Twitter did not provide enough information about the number of fake accounts and bots on the social media platform, and didn’t give his team enough data to do their own analysis.
In true Musk fashion, he tweeted a lot about the situation. The social media platform is using some of those tweets against him in the lawsuit:
…Twitter launched a lawsuit against Musk on Tuesday to “compel” his completion of the deal. In court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Twitter claimed Musk acted in “bad faith” after reaching a deal to buy the social media platform earlier this year.
Musk responded by calling the company’s suit “meritless” and told a judge that he needs until next year to formally respond.
So vacation time it is, then.
Besides this legal battle, the fact that he had quietly welcomed twins with his Neuralink executive, Shivon Zilis, in November 2021 (with no plans to stop procreating) seems to have led to a breakup with his latest squeeze.
HollywoodLife reports that he seemed happy enough in the wake of his breakup with actress Natasha Bassett, who says she didn’t end things with Musk because of all his procreating antics but rather because she wanted to “focus on her career”.
Sure, Natasha, but you have to admit that the timing has been interesting.
