Seeing the Mother City from above is a real treat.
Any angle is stunning, but the views from the top are truly breathtaking.
Maybe that’s what all the hadedas are going on about when they do that annoying shout while flying overhead.
Well, thanks to the International Space Station (ISS) we get to see Cape Town from space, on more occasions than one.
The ISS-Above, a computer that becomes a sort of “Mission Control for the International Space Station”, tracking where the ISS is at all times, has a YouTube channel with some beautiful footage of our city from the tip-top.

Move over Google Earth because trying to spot your house from this satellite footage on the move is far more exciting.
Cape Town Etc reported that the astonishing footage was taken from roughly 428 kilometres above the ground.
Those hadedas have nothing to shout about, man.
Anyway, the satellite agency also captured footage from several other major cities in the world, if you’re interested in exploring further.
