A wedding in Mexico became an even more memorable event for everyone present after the reception was interrupted by an unusual wedding crasher.
A hungry bear.
Angie Disa, 25, posted some footage of the crasher on TikTok, where it has since gone fairly viral, along with her follow-up videos answering various questions.
Disa explained that she was at her cousin’s wedding in Chipinque Ecological Park in Nuevo León, Mexico, per Business Insider.
It is a wildlife park, after all, so guests should have expected a sighting of some kind.
But not perhaps while the wedding guests were noshing on their dinner.
The bear knocked over a chair and put its front paws on a table, while the guests ate on and the staff bashed pots and pans in the background:

That man sitting on the right-hand side towards the end of the video gets a special mention for continuing to eat, seemingly unfazed by the whole situation.
Just the usual wedding entertainment. Nothing to see here, I imagine him thinking.
In a follow-up video, Disa explained why the guests pretty much just carried on as normal:

She also explained that the venue staff knew what they were doing and guided the bear away in the end, with nobody getting hurt in the process.
If the guests were to have stood up and done something, the bear might have felt threatened, potentially making the situation worse:

At the end of the day, everybody got their fair share and seemed to have enjoyed the wedding.
