Personally, I think it is always a good time to break out the bubbles.
In celebration and in sorrow, at my best and at my worst, sparkling wine has always been there to add some zing and elegance to the moment.
It sounds like I am getting married to the stuff, but I am not, I am just in…appreciation.
So you can imagine how charmed I, along with anybody else on the same page, was when Anthonij Rupert Wyne announced that their L’Ormarins Brut Classique NV and Brut Classique Rosé NV cases are on promotion.
That’s even better news when you consider that L’Ormarins received a trio of medals at the Amorim Cork South Africa Cap Classique Awards ceremony for 2021.
L’Ormarins winemaker Zanie Viljoen was there to proudly accepted a Double Gold for the Blanc de Blancs 2015, and a Gold each for the Brut Classique NV and Brut Rosé NV:

The gold-winning Brut Rosé NV – 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay – has delicious whiffs of charming raspberry and strawberry aromas, but with a little spice.
Surely that makes it the perfect kind of drink for those who are serious about having fun?
The Brut Classique NV – 59% Chardonnay and 41% Pinot Noir – is a bit more vivacious, crisp, and zesty, with aromas of pear, apple, cinnamon, and biscuit nuance.
For those who are undecided, you can snap up a mixed case with both the Brut Classique NV and Brut Rosé NV.
From now until December, the cases are on sale for R795 a pop.
That should give us a fair amount of time to stock up for all those moments that are perfect for raising a toast.
Snap up your case (or cases) via the online shop and they’ll be dispatched to your door.
