Here we go again.

Up until about two weeks ago, Meghan and Harry were on a roll and had done well to stay out of the limelight.

Now their upcoming interview with Oprah, alongside recent allegations of bullying in Kensington Palace levelled against the Duchess, is causing a media storm.

You can tell that The Daily Mail is beside itself with joy, with Piers Morgan jumping enthusiastically onboard to write another of his hit pieces calling Meghan and Harry out for “insufferably patronising self-righteousness”.

I see he’s been at the thesaurus again.

Piers is responding to the alleged multiple complaints from members of her staff during Meghan’s time as a working Royal.

When the story first broke, Buckingham Palace wasn’t commenting. Now, per DEADLINE, they’ve released a statement saying that they will be looking into it.

The Palace announced on Wednesday that they are “very concerned” about the allegations, first reported in The London Times.

“Accordingly our HR team will look into the circumstances outlined in the article,” the statement said. “Members of staff involved at the time, including those who have left the Household, will be invited to participate to see if lessons can be learned.”

“The Royal Household has had a Dignity at Work policy in place for a number of years and does not and will not tolerate bullying or harassment in the workplace,” the statement concluded.

Yes, it’s low-key. I don’t know what you were expecting, they’re British and Royal. With the exception of the Duchess of York who lost it in an interview in 2018, they’re usually bottling up their feelings by thinking of England.

According to the Daily Mail, a group of at least 10 “hugely professional” royal aides who are “proud of their efforts” are “queuing up” to help the palace’s probe.

Amidst the chaos, CBS has been releasing teaser clips of the Oprah interview, which promises to be a no-holds-barred look at the couple’s life, or so says the promo.

This is the latest one ahead of the dreaded Sunday tell-all:

Oh dear…not only did she accuse them of lying, but she referred to the Royal Family as ‘The Firm’, which was Diana’s term for them.

I doubt the Queen is amused.
