We’re pretty sure that Lindsay Lohan doesn’t  buy the court’s warning that she really will go to jail if she doesn’t get her act together. Maybe she believes she flies so high above the law that the justice system will spare her, regardless of how many times she violates court orders. But if Judge Sautner, presiding over her case, is not in a very good mood when she hears of the actress’ distinct lack of progress, LiLo could be locked up as early as next week.

Her criminal saga has been dragging on for so long that it’s hard to remember why she’s in trouble in the first place, but she is now just being ridiculously contemptuous of the probation conditions which are currently keeping her out of prison. Lindsay was recently thrown out of the Downtown Women’s Centre, where she is due to perform 360 hours of community service by May next year (not to mention being kicked out of celebrity parties left, right and centre). Now it’s been revealed that she is also not bothering to see a psychologist once a week, as ordered by Judge Sautner.

You’d think that would be the easy part. See a shrink every few days, go through the motions, get the tick in the box. But Linds doesn’t seem to give a hoot. Insiders say she could end up in prison next week, when she appears before the court for her progress report.
