Back in 2013, Carte Blanche investigated a general practitioner that had duped and misdiagnosed patients whilst saying he was qualified as a specialist gynaecologist.
He was then found guilty of professional misconduct and suspended from the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) Register three times.
Well, he’s back, with Carte Blanche on the case once more:
Now, claiming to be a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists – despite being struck off the UK Medical Register 15 years ago for serious professional misconduct – he is practising in Cape Town.
We investigate his new name and new allegations of wreaking pain and havoc in some patients’ lives.
Hopefully, the publicity off the back of this investigation will end this man’s career once and for all:
