Yes, we’re still talking about the infamous Kyalami Estate brawl.
It makes a nice change from talking about corrupt politicians, or influencers, or Harry and Meghan being hounded by the British media.
You’ll probably read about all of those on 2OV at some point today, but for now, let’s just stick to the sword-wielding, shirts off antics of Kyalami’s most infamous brawlers.
You’ve seen the first video, and now News24 has this:
The new clips show the group exchanging heated words. While the tension was still high, however, there was no physical altercation.
Earlier this week, News24 reported while a charge of assault was initially laid, the parties had decided to bury the hatchet outside court.
At this point, it is still unclear what the fight was about.
The footage is nowhere near as dramatic as what we’ve seen before, but is still worth a watch:
Just your standard ‘rumble in the concrete jungle’ stuff.
Thus far the parties involved have done well to keep the reason for the fight under wraps, at least officially, but that hasn’t stopped South Africans from having plenty of fun at their expense.
The Kiffness managed to capture this unique angle:

Accurate.
As the post-brawl analysis kicked into overdrive, the team from Boet Fighter offered their take.
Not to be outdone, the man with the prosthetic leg from the infamous ‘Hugo, bel die polisie‘, Wynand Janssens, also weighed in.
Jack Parow couldn’t resist:
As Schalk Bezuidenhout points out in the comments, he’s backing Hugo (Wynand, really), and the majority of comments are along those same lines.
There really is only one way to know for sure. Charity boxing match, and all the proceeds go to a good cause – make it happen.
