We’re still riding that World Cup Win high here in the 2OV office.
Nothing quite compares to the feeling that came with winning the 2019 Rugby World Cup.
Take a minute to revisit the speeches, Faf de Klerk meeting Prince Harry in his broeks and that beautiful moment Siya Kolisi raised the Webb Ellis Cup.
The Cup arrived in South Africa with the Boks on Tuesday where they were greeted by a huge, jubilant, crowd at OR Tambo.
It and the team are now embarking on their trophy tour. First stop, Jozi.
Take it away, News24:
As South Africans lined the streets of Gauteng on Thursday to witness the Boks’ trophy parade, they did so with their best foot forward with quirky impersonations, chants of Shosholoza and circles of dancing fans.
Minister in the Presidency Jackson Mthembu couldn’t help but dance to the tunes of Ntando’s ‘Masambe Nono’ at the Union Buildings on Thursday morning as the Boks presented the trophy to some government ministers in attendance, as well as President Cyril Ramaphosa.
Behold, the Faf de Klerk “Speedo Squad”:
And the Boks in all their glory:
It doesn’t get better than that.

Today the Boks will be hoisting that trophy in Durban, and on Monday you can catch them in Cape Town. Check out the full tour itinerary, here.
For the best seat in the house, grab a table at Café du Cap (113 Loop Street) on Monday, where the Boks will be parading past, just in time for lunch.
Take those good vibes into the weekend, South Africa!
