When two teachers entered Enock Sifundza’s home on Thursday morning to complain about his son’s behaviour at school, they probably didn’t expect to be held at gunpoint at beaten with a knobkerrie. But what might have shocked them most is that he was let off with a warning, pending an investigation and/or time to lose the docket.
It’s a good thing they take violent crime so seriously, I’m sure he was just having a bad day.
Lieutenant Colonel Leonard Hlathi explains:
Sifundza was arrested on Thursday morning for allegedly holding two school teachers up at gunpoint in his house before whipping them with a knobkerrie… This was when the two men visited him to complain about the alleged bad behaviour of his son at Hanyane High School where they work.
Apparently though, an Nkomazi court has charged him with assault and pointing a firearm unlawfully. Ten bucks says he still has his firearm and is at work right now.
The injured teachers have been admitted to hospital for treatment.
The moral of the story: be nice to traffic cops, or you might get Enocked the fuck out.
