Reality TV is currently in a bad way.

Take for example the recent clip from the UK’s Love Island, which may actually cause the long-term dumbing down of an entire generation.

Sadly for South Africans, it’s not like The Bachelor SA was any better.

Where does this leave us? Well, this video below doesn’t actually come from a reality TV show, but if it did, Seth would be hooked.

He found this whilst wandering down the YouTube wormhole, and it’s not hard to see why he found it so riveting.

I mean, it’s a POV video of a cowboy lassoing a cow whilst on horseback, full of twists and turns and some very American accents.

Bonus mention to all the Red Dead Redemption fans out there, who can definitely relate to the cowboy’s view.

The description is simple and doesn’t give us much to go on – “When your helpers can’t come with a horse, but the neighbor [sic] jumps off his lawn mower to help” – so you’ll just have to strap in and enjoy the ride.

Could have done without the choking cow visuals, but that’s the nature of the business, I guess.
