Drake is #humble.
So #humble that he couldn’t help sharing videos of his new super luxurious private jet on the internet.
This after the backlash that the Kardashians got when they shared that post about all of the bedrooms in the jet they chartered.
Drake’s jet is a Boeing 767 cargo jet and is the larger version of Trump’s personal 757.
Shame, I’m sure Donald is gutted.
When the jet first hit the news, various media sources started playing fast and loose with the price tag, with some claiming that it cost roughly $220 million.
This, as Live And Let’s Fly points out, seems unlikely, as Drake’s net worth comes in at between $100, $140 and $150 million.
It’s also a secondhand refurbished model, so the average price for a new jet wouldn’t apply here.
According to Simpleflying, the tail is a 22-year old 767-200, not a new 767-300 as was reported elsehwere.
Airliner list prices are usually twice the net price most customers pay. Cargo customers like Drake’s partner, Cargojet, likely paid close to $110 million (USD) when they purchased the aircraft among others.
The jet is used not new, therefore list prices aren’t relevant. If Drake were to buy a customized jet brand new, there would be no point to retrofitting a cargo jet.

Here’s CTV News:
Video posted on Instagram by the Toronto rapper’s friend DJ Akademiks and a fan account show how lavish his latest ride, a Boeing 767 cargo jet, really is.
Complete with cabin crew, the lush inside of the aircraft appears to have wood paneling throughout with lots of mirrors and shiny gold fixtures.
The videos show at least one mirror-walled bedroom with pillows piled high, a luxurious lounge, leather seating and wraparound couches throughout the cabin area.
I’m going to assume the mirrored bedroom is for quiet contemplation and meditation.
Take a tour of the jet here:
The video coincided with an announcement from Ontario company Cargojet, stating that it had partnered with Drake as a new company ambassador.
Must be nice.
I’ll be sure to think about Drake’s jet next time I’m crammed between a screaming baby and a potato chip enthusiast on a commercial flight.
