Adriana Lima, Cara Delevingne and Selena Gomez have a lot in common.
They’re all beautiful, intelligent women, and all are hugely successful in their respective fields – but you already knew that.
There’s something else that brings them together – they all try to live a healthy athletic lifestyle, and that lifestyle is mirrored in their campaigns for PUMA.
That’s right, Victoria’s Secret model Adriana Lima has joined Selena (below) and Cara as an ambassador for the famous sports brand.
Adriana Lima has walked many a runway and graced many a magazine cover, reports Who.
Boasting 11.7 million followers on Instagram, Lima has been in the industry since the 90’s so it’s no wonder one of the biggest sports brands in the world have made this Brazilian beauty their new women’s training ambassador.
“Adriana Lima is a fantastic mom, a role model to millions and a real badass. If you’ve never seen her train, you are missing out. How else would she stay in shape to headline those fashion shows? It’s thanks to her relentless and hardcore training regimen. From runway to gym, from high fashion to sports — she is the real deal,” Puma shared in a statement.
Adriana is really excited to join the team, remarking that she’s always felt like a PUMA woman.
“I am just a big fan of the brand, in my head I have always thought of myself as a Puma woman so it’s a great thing we have partnered up. To be next to Cara Delevingne [below] and Usain Bolt – are you kidding me? I am right next to him as one of the ambassadors, it’s quite an honour!”
Adriana also believes that the brand embodies and reflects the strength in all women.
In an official statement, Adriana Lima herself says ““Supporting, encouraging and empowering women is important to me; this is one of the reasons I wanted to partner with PUMA. They’ve worked so hard to encourage women to be themselves and to show them that by working hard, you can accomplish anything.
People have seen me on runways and magazine covers – with this new partnership with PUMA, I want to share my personal training journey and what it takes for me to achieve a healthy balanced life.”
