Y’all already know that South Africa is probably one of the most gorgeous countries on the planet, if I do say so myself.
Whether you visit Cape Town’s attractions, or you see the whole country from outer space, there’s no question that our country is pretty easy on the eye.
Sometimes, however, you have to dive underwater to appreciate all that South Africa has to offer.
From dolphins and whales to seals and stingrays, we’re lucky that both our oceans are chock-a-block with wonderful, weird and other-worldly creatures.
Yes, even our sharks are special, too. That’s why they dedicate a whole week to these toothy buggers.
Luckily, we’ve got peeps like Andrey Kachaev, who have the diving skills and the cinematographic magic on hand to capture SA’s marine life in all its glory.
That, and he can get up close and personal with some of those dodgy-looking critters so that we don’t have to.
Per GoodNewsGuy:
Andrey Kachaev is a diver who travels across the globe to film the weird and wonderful creatures that make the ocean their home. He recently visited South Africa and filmed a five minute video showcasing some incredible marine life that can be spotted in our two different oceans.
Have at the footage, my friends:
Oh, to be able to live underwater and witness the beauty of our marine life daily.
