This footage of the Space Shuttle Endeavour docked to the International Space Station is breathtaking, not only for the sheer beauty of the sight, but because it will be the first and last time you’ll have the opportunity to see it.
The space shuttle missions are very nearly a thing of the past, with the last launch very nearly upon us. Which makes this video taken by astronaut Paolo Nespoli, as his Soyuz TMA-20 was flying away from the Space Station, even more special.
These are the first images taken by another spacecraft of the Shuttle, so sit back and shed a small tear for the one and only opportunity you’ll have to see this sight.
