During the Grammy’s, Old Spice revealed an irresistibly weird ad called “Red Sweater”.
It aired entirely in French.
But what made the spot so amusing was the repetition of the product name, in English, over and over and over again.
Now, just in time for Valentine’s Day, Old Spice has released two more spots.
The first, called “Marco Love-O”, is advertising the brand’s Ambassador body wash and deodorant products, reports AdWeek:
The plot this time has a man and woman searching for each other in a lavish mansion. They also blurt out stupid fragrance-ad copy like, “Today.” “Tomorrow.” “Forever.”
It’s pretty great:
The second is titled “Mask”, and this time pushes the Captain line of products.
Featuring the same two characters that have been there from the beginning, this time we see the woman attempt to unmask the man, only to discover some truly odd replacements:
What the hell is going on?
Well, let’s take it back to the beginning.
Here’s the first ad we mentioned, with subtitles:
Told you they were great.
