Sometimes the urge to flip someone the bird just becomes too powerful to resist.

2017’s most famous zap sign is probably that woman on a bike in America (HERE), but ANC MP Mervyn Dirks is also feeling the finger vibe.

Merv seemed to be a couple of sheets to the wind when he disrupted Parliament, causing everything to grind to a halt.

As is customary these days, there was much name-calling and political posturing, but then it spiralled into what is best described as farcical.
