When we see British talk show host James Corden behind the wheel it’s usually moving at a rather pedestrian speed, a celebrity or three wedged into the car whilst enjoying a hearty singalong.
I’m talking about his wildly successful Carpool Karaoke series, of course, but I think even James would admit that he’s about to be blown out the water by the chaps hosting The Grand Tour.
The former Top Gear team’s show is set to premiere next month, and they popped past Corden’s show to help drum up further interest.
Here’s TIME:
In the clip, Top Gear alums Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May are challenged to drive Corden for a high-speed lap around the Willow Springs International Raceway while answering a series of questions such as “Trump or Clinton?” and “Would you rather be attacked by one thousands chicken-sized camels or one camel-sized chicken?”
But there’s a twist: for every answer each driver gets wrong, Corden adds one second to his total time.
