The professor did what? Yes, I also mumbled it back to myself in trepidation when I came across this little beauty. An actual sex demo, with a toy, was conducted for a class of psychology students at Northwestern University in Illinois in the States this week. Taking it to the next level prof, next level.

Experimental teaching methods have been around for years, but, this time, after a lecture on sexual arousal, students in psychology Prof John Michael Bailey’s human-sexuality course were given the option to stay for a guest presentation.

Apparently most students were used to the prof’s antics with regular topics like “The Gay Guys Panel” (gay men talking about their sex lives) and question and answer sessions with transgender performers.

This particular lecture was called “Networking for Kinky People” and the demo began with a towel placed neatly on the auditorium stage.

Out came a lady who lay down and spread herself after removing her clothes. “She explained that she had a fetish for being watched by large crowds while having an orgasm,” said Sean Lavery, and 18 year old freshman.

Basically the woman’s boyfriend then came out and used his “fucksaw” (no spice) on her.

“I was like, OK, she orgasmed on stage,” says young Lavery. “What’re we supposed to take away from that?”

It’s caused a bit of an uproar in both academic and non-academic circles, as I’m sure you can appreciate.
