We love start-ups around these here parts – after all, Seth is no stranger to growing an acorn into an oak tree himself.
We also love start-ups that offer us the chance to be awesome people, and that’s exactly what MadeSure are doing.
Local entrepreneurs Nick French and Nic van den Bergh have teamed up with Dr Sedise Moseneke (Encha Green Brands) and Africa Direct to introduce MadeSure to the South African market. Now, here’s why we’re saying they’re amazing.
If you’re in the position where you employ a domestic worker, chances are you know that they spend a decent amount of cash on airtime and funeral cover.
Chances are that it’s well in excess of R200 per month, but go ahead and find out for yourself.
Now imagine you could offer them all those perks – airtime, hospital plan, disability cover, funeral cover etc – and it didn’t cost you a cent?
Here’s how we see it playing out: instead of your domestic worker buying his/her own airtime and funeral cover, you pay him/her R200 less and rather you pay the cost of the Protector Plus package (R195) instead. Just as a start, that will give them R200 airtime EVERY MONTH – which everyone spends every month anyway – as a minimum.
Take a look as this ridiculous offer:
By the way, if you’re thinking your domestic worker is out because they aren’t South African then worry not, all African citizens are eligible for MadeSure.
You want to get down the nitty-gritty, and see exactly what benefits are now afforded to the person signed up? I like where your head is at, let’s dive right in:
Look at that, easy to be a decent person sometimes isn’t it? Head to their site HERE to find out more and make it happen.
You’ll be a hero.
Or, if you want to be a REAL hero, why not pay an EXTRA R200 a month anyways?
Look, either way, you’re making a difference. CLICK HERE.
