It’s a cut-throat world out there, especially in the world of property agents.
If you snooze, you lose – and when it comes to getting that commission, sometimes you have to buckle down and play a little hard-ball.
Well there’s that approach and then there’s being a bit of a knob, which is the line a Rawson Property agent appears to have crossed by way of a voicemail he allegedly left.
The man on the receiving end of the abuse is Lance Le Goff, who posted this to his personal Facebook page:
Let’s hear that rant then from Lance’s Twitter:
@RawsonGroup Is this how agents speak to tenants these days? Disgusting threatening call received by your staff. pic.twitter.com/5AcRg6qvxP

This would allegedly be Paul Devi then – this picture taken from his LinkedIn page:
Now I don’t pretend to know the property game all that well – it just ain’t my thing – but I’m not sure Rawson would be too stoked to know that’s how one of their agents is conducting himself.
A little bit of respect goes a long way, and I’m pretty sure that there are rules (and laws) in place to stop calls like this being made?
We couldn’t get in touch with Paul, but will gladly publish his comment if he could send through to editor@2oceansvibe.com.
