The countdown has ticked along and months have been done away with – now there are only 6 days left until the FNB Cape Town 12 ONERUN.

The race has reached the full allotment of 15 000 entries, so if you haven’t signed up yet you’ve missed the boat on this one.

That doesn’t mean you can’t have a good supporting the troops though, with Runner’s World having this to say:

This fast, flat 12km event brings together runners from all walks of life to experience a run built for fun. The FNB Cape Town 12 ONERUN starts in Milnerton and follows the coastline past key landmarks, finishing at the FNB Portside building in the heart of Cape Town.

Starting time: 12km: 9am.

The race, which takes place on Sunday 15 May, begins at Woodbridge Island in Milnerton and ends in Bree Street. Here’s the map:
