You’ve signed up for the FNB Cape Town 12 ONERUN and you’re ready to run your heart out. You have slowly been chalking up the points in our 2OV competition, but just like working on your fitness levels it has become addictive and you want more, more, more.

We get it, it happens, so to help you a little we’ve got a few ways for you to win R30 000 worth of prizes.

However, the catch is you only have from the 1^st of May till the 7^th of May to complete them using social media.

Here we go:

1. The easiest ever will be tweeting your entry code and 1000 points will be added to your score.
2. There’s a weekly CT12 5km run in Stellenbosch and in Bree Street at 6:30am every Friday. To earn 500 points attend either CT12 Fri 5 run, take a cool running pic and tag them on Instagram.
3. On Strava? Or using the PUMA Trac App? Share your CT12 run training route with us (or your normal running route) and 500 points will be added to your score. Do so on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram.
4. Create a short video on Instagram or Twitter on your running workout or running warm up or the training you do before a run like the FNB Cape Town 12 ONERUN and 200 Points will be added to your score.
5. Don’t forget to get your friends to vote for you as well. They can simply mention you in a tweet or tag you on Instagram or comment with your name on Facebook. Every bit helps!

Just don’t forget to tag FNB CT12 ONERUN in the posts with either @CTown12 (Twitter) OR @capetown_12 (Instagram) OR Cape Town 12 (Facebook) using the #CT12RUN otherwise your sweet efforts will be worth nothing.
