The countdown has ticked along and months have been done away with – now there are only 23 days left until the FNB Cape Town 12 ONERUN.

With a cut-off of 15 000 entries time is running out, so if you haven’t already hopped on board then here’s what the various entries will set you back (price includes race entry, timing chip & bus ride to the start)

• 12km licensed runner – R120
• 12km unlicensed runner – R140

There’s also the gold package to consider, which includes race entry, timing chip, shuttle service to start and exclusive access to Gold entrants area with refreshments and massage. Those entries cost R650 or R670, depending on whether you’re already licensed.

The race, which takes place on Sunday 15 May, begins at Woodbridge Island in Milnerton and ends in Bree Street. Here’s the map:

To get your race pack, you need to to do the following:

• Green Point Athletic Stadium on 13 & 14 May 2016.
• Time: 13 May from 12h00 to 19h00 & 14 May from 09h00 to 14h00.
• Collect your race pack including your race number, timing chip and any other items such as your race T-shirt, if you ordered one.
