There’s nothing zen about looking zen while taking a photograph about being zen.
Right? Well, that’s how I feel about yoga because giving someone the finger is way more satisfying. It’s a real f*ck you to the world. And that’s just what Canadian Lindsey Istace understands.
The founder of Rage Yoga, Lindsay describes what she offers as follows:
[reyj yoh-guh] noun: a practice involving stretching, positional exercises and bad humour, with the goal of attaining good health and to become zen as f*ck.
More than just a practice, Rage Yoga is an attitude.
Loosely based on Vinyasa-styled yoga, this type of yoga allows one to get out all their emotions by cursing the world while listening to heavy https://bestacnedrug.com metal (like Metallica or Black Sabbath kind, not Dragonforce).
While some don’t consider it real yoga, they’re just snobs. We think it would be ideal in Cape Town, where driving to yoga in the traffic makes you more irate than anything. At least if you got out all your frustrations, the drive home wouldn’t be so bad.
Although, you could always listen to this. It sure helps me when I just want to punch the world in its bek.
